time

A reminder to myself: On rough days when I feel lost, rudderless, overwhelmed or without direction, I like to remind myself that my track record for getting through tough times is 100% so far. And that’s pretty darn good in the scheme of things.

It's Easter weekend, Passover, which means spring! Time to buy flowers plant gardens and enjoy this wonderful time of year. pen, ink, watercolor, colored pencil on arches 140 gram hot press cotton rag paper.

Most of the time, i use art (especially in my sketchbooks) to deal with feelings & experiences, especially when they're "negative" & i need some way to work through them. One way i've found of doing this that really helps is by making comics. Not only can

Sitting in my car waiting for my daughter, this is how I spend my time waiting! pen and ink on arches cold press cotton rag paper.

When I read the first book of the "Outlander"-Series by Diana Gabaldon, I was really inspired by the idea of travelling in time through places like Stonhenge. This is what it looks like in my head.

sleepy time

Sam's not real neither is his username but he could easily be a real vlogger. Did this to kill time.

Meet the characters who live in my head! Meet all the characters who live inside my head......it can be crazy, overwhelming, paralyzing, energetic, stressful, anxious, energetic place to reside at times...

Albuquerque, which was under the ocean at one time. Watercolor, ink and felt pen.

Street Style Helsinki illustration. I liked the contrast between the pale look and 50s feeling glasses. Girlish and strong at the same time.

We All Feel Lost Sometimes

I've started a new mixed media sketchbook. Which is often times unexplainably daunting. To get over it I just dive in with lots of color. Then the fun begins.

Sometimes just a spot of color keeps things light, not overworked. And red.

Finding yourself in messy times.

After all this time

Market Street a long time ago.

Domhnall Gleeson is an Irish actor and writer. Apart from his part as Bill Weasley in Harry Potter, I particurlaly like the movie About Time and the Black Mirror episode called "Be right back" he worked on.

Drawn with a Pilot Custom 742 PO nib in my Moleskine sketchbook. Good times.

Our time

Time, Judgement, and Death

Nap time.

Sometimes it's not just the face that make the drawing, but the cloths that fit.

Happens all the time

How I pass the time on the train :)

Sometimes I like to add tape for color.

Next sketch one from my travelling sketchbook 2016 made this summer, this time from a very short; but exiting stay in Berlin. Our van in from of our friend's house, which was going through a lot of reparations and where I painted a big mural :) Enjoy
