Geologist

One year towards autumn a geologist was living in the pilots' hut. He couldn't speak either Finnish ow Swedish, he just smiled and flashed his black eyes. He would look at people and immediately make them feel how surprised and happy he was to meet them at last and then he just walked on with his hammer and hammered a rock here and there. His name was Jeremiah. - Sculptor's Daughter by Tove Jansson #dailydrawing #tovejansson

Boat

Once I found a boat made of bark that was called Darling. It was very beautifully made with a hold, rudders, a wheelhouse and cloth sails. But Daddy said I didn't have to find out who owned it. Maybe nothing is so important provided that it is small enough. At least that's what I think. - Sculptor's Daughter by Tove Jansson #dailydrawing #tovejansson

#28 A collection of ballpoint pen sketches scanned

#28 - A collection of ballpoint pen sketches drawn on printer paper & scanned. This is what my lines look like when I'm not using a stabilizer in digital software to get the nicest clean lines. I tried to separate my scanned lines from the various shades of off-white that the scanner picked up. I adjusted the brightness and contrast levels in photoshop but I'm not very knowledgeable on how to achieve the best results.

Spacefluff Angel

For some reason, I had to prove to myself that good art does indeed take time. Anyways, this is an angel character (they're not real angels, they're a fictional species of mine) in my "spacefluff" style. I think I want to name her Mosambi, because she's sweet.

The Golden Calf

I made my golden calf in the arbour because it was a pagan place and a circle is always a good setting for sculpture. It was very difficult to get the legs to stay upright but in the end they did and I nailed them to the socle just to make sure. Sometimes I stood still, listening for the first rumble of the wrath of God. But so far he had said nothing. His great eye just looked right down into the arbour through the hole between the tops of the spruce trees. At last I had got him to show some interest. - Sculptor's Daughter by Tove Jansson #dailydrawing #tovejansson

God

God lived on the hill above the rock-garden and there was a forbidden cart up there. At sunset he spread out like a mist over the house and the field. He could make himself quite small and creep in everywhere in order to see what one was doing and sometimes he was only a great big eye. Moreover he looked just like Grandfather. We raised our voices in the wilderness and were continually disobedient because God so likes to forgive sinners. God forbade us to gather manna under the laburnum tree but we did all the same. Then he sent worms up from the earth to eat up the manna. But we went on being disobedient and we still raised our voices. - Sculptor's Daughter by Tove Jansson #dailydrawing #tovejansson

Westbound ‘49

24x30 canvas A weathered steer skull fixed against a wagon wheel, drawn in graphite, charcoal, and ink, evokes the grit and resolve of westward migration. The skull stands as a quiet emblem of endurance, sacrifice, and survival, while the wheel anchors the piece in motion and passage. Westbound ’49 references the year many headed west in search of promise, capturing the stark beauty and cost of that journey in restrained black and white.

Custodia

This feather rests as a symbol of gentle guardianship. Light enough to drift, yet preserved with intention, it speaks to protection without restraint—something watched over, not controlled. It represents care that is quiet, constant, and strong precisely because it does not weigh anything down.

Train Journey Moments - 4

This is the 4rth piece that I painted during my train journey. I painted this scene after getting mesmerised by the view from the train window. It was Day 1, evening, 4 pm. We were passing through mountains and lakes. A group of girls ( students ) got excited when I showed some of my paintings. So I gifted one of them this (●'◡'●)

PERDITAS

A solitary rowboat drifts across a muted, restless surface, unanchored and unattended. Rendered in charcoal, ink, and subtle white highlights, the vessel exists in a quiet state of motion—moving, yet going nowhere. The surrounding water is suggested through loose, rhythmic lines, emphasizing atmosphere and isolation over realism. The boat is sharply defined against the hazy background, its dark contours and interior shadows contrasting with the soft, unsettled environment. Oars rest unevenly, implying recent human presence while reinforcing absence. The name Perditas—Latin for “lost”—is affixed to the hull, anchoring the emotional weight of the piece without explanation. This work explores themes of solitude, uncertainty, and endurance. With no shoreline or destination in sight, Perditas becomes a reflection on drifting—physically, mentally, and emotionally—inviting the viewer to confront their own sense of direction within an undefined space.

Bitcoin Recovery Expert To Recover Lost or Stolen Coins: Hire Trace Hacker's Crypto Recovery ‪+447355702876‬ I never thought I’d be one of those people who fell for a crypto scam, Last year, I invested $268,000 into what I believed was a legitimate trading platform. It looked professional, had active “customer support,” and even showed daily profits on my dashboard.,But the moment I tried to withdraw, everything disappeared — the website, my login, and my money. I was devastated. After weeks of research and countless dead ends, I came across Trace Hacker's Crypto Recovery., From the very first call, they were transparent, professional, and incredibly patient. They explained how blockchain tracing works, what evidence they’d need from me, and what kind of results I could realistically expect. The process took several weeks, but they kept me updated at every step., They tracked the crypto transactions across multiple wallets, worked with legal partners overseas, and managed to recover a significant portion of $258,000 my funds. When I received confirmation that $258,000 had been successfully retrieved and returned to my account, I literally cried. What stood out most was their honesty — no fake guarantees, no empty promises, just expertise, persistence, and results. Trace Hacker's Crypto Recovery didn’t just recover my money; they restored my trust and peace of mind. If you’ve lost money in a crypto scam, don’t give up.
