Inktober Day 3: "Bait"

Musing on allsorts.

My first attempt at Inktober.

Friday nights make good gig nights. This was inspired by one such event that happened not too long ago. :)

Dearly little man! That face! Another pet commission!

Playin' with watercolor markers. 9x12 watercolor paper.

Says it all and yet, nothing.

Something regarding seasonal changes.

The start of some waves and clouds. A little too symmetrical for me, I need to work through it a little more.

Robot doodle with another favorite pen: Sailor 1911s EF, Royal Tangerine. Pilot Black ink on 4x6 note card.

I’ve encountered an awful lot of reprobates in my life so far. This piece is dedicated to a particular group of them...

During the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, I'm inundated with flyers. A bit of a burden to some, but in my case they have their uses...

Inspired by a very drum and music heavy weekend that's just left us. Cracking times had by all I'd say!

Play of shadows & light at leaves

A sketch I did with the intention of adding watercolor to hopefully in the near future.

The madnesses conspired, and this was the result.

Taking some inspiration from Robert Louis Stevenson whilst throwing in a touch of my own madness too!

Another song for dreams.

A little o' this, a little o' that. All on 8.5X11 heavy white card stock. Some colored pencil. Using photoshop only to render contrast, no other manipulation.

Colored pencil, sharpies, tech pen. 8.5x11 heavy white cardstock.

This is my second doodle room request for exhibition. Also my first international doodle job!

finding inspiration in my yard.

poppy and mountain landscape

I cut up one lyric, and then another...and then, booyah!

Playing with colored inks at fountain pen

Of all the dreams I’ve had in my life, the one I had back in July of 2007 as a 14 year old seems to have stuck somewhere in my memory the longest. It involved some airy-fairy death and rebirth of the world and it all got very 2001-sy real quick. Here’s a retelling of that story...ish.
