Inspired by nature, new places, and everyday things.
I specialize in digital art, graphic design, illustration, painting, sketchbook, watercolor.
I've started a new mixed media sketchbook. Which is often times unexplainably daunting. To get over it I just dive in with lots of color. Then the fun begins.
A mix of watercolor and India ink held together with some fun doodle motifs.

I have been participating in Lauren Hom’s #HOMwork challenges via Instagram. This weeks challenge was to draw the same letter 16 ways. I drew cats instead. I may come back to the whole lettering thing at some point!
Painting mini things while waiting for other things to dry.
Missing the evening sunsets over the Pacific no thanks to the time change in California. Drawn on my iPad in Procreate.
Abstract watercolor painting. Available as a print and other home accessories.
I have been really enjoying this motif lately of mixing geometric shapes and linework with the fluidity of watercolor.
Cactus inspired watercolor washes in my sketchbook. Kept this one very lose to see what happens. Watercolor is always full of surprises.
I have never loved drawing anything city related because I am lazy when it comes to perspective. However, I have learned that I actually like the wobbly nature of my more recent attempts. Or, I simply embraced my laziness. Either way it has been fun!
Drawn in procreate.
Hummingbirds are my favorite. Whenever I see one of these little “birds of joy” everything else like worry, stress, and getting somewhere on time
45/100 of my nature illo themed 100 Day Project. I started my challenge drawing only on my iPad but hit some bumps when I forgot my Apple Pencil in Florida (I live in California). With that, I have been getting reacquainted with my sketchbook which has been set aside for a few months until now. Feels good to get back into it. Everytime I come back to painting, I wonder why I ever paused in the first place.
From my watercolor sketchbook. Can’t seem to get away from this floral motif these days!
Keeping up so far!
Hand. Incorporated a few techno from Lisa Congdon’s Inktober class on Creative Bug. Seems to evoke a little something.

This is my first attempt at using India Ink. Couldn’t help but get painterly with it. Looking for to more practice!
This was my submission to the recent Mother Nature doodle challenge held here. Mixed media using traditional watercolor and digital line art/embellishments. It is now available on Society6 as a print, stationery, and a variety of phone cases.
