  (One a year in Eclipse, the horizon of the city lines up with the jagged sun, illuminating the buildings and the evergolden forest so that they look like they're on fire. The whole city celebrates, and nowhere will you find a party as lively as wherever Empress Electric is playing. And usually they play at Viper's Palace, a diner in the thinner parts of the city, where the trees intermingle with the small, family owned businesses.)
