Perfect lighting! The dark background suits the nocturnal really well -- look, he just spot something and ready to make the move! Curious: did you draw this mostly from imagination/memory or use some references from photos/video etc? I suppose you can't convince a tiger to pose...
@shadwind Thanks so much! I do use reference photos for the general body structure and lighting. I don't stay 100% hair for hair true to the photo, but it's pretty close. Also...I WISH I could get a tiger to pose for me! LOL
@mnaito I love big cats (and small cats too :-). I used to watch videos from Big Cat Rescue and Michael Jamison -- the way he convinces tigers to pose is to treat them with foam cream put high up on the fence :-)
