Small procreate doodle inspired by a doggo in the Japanese book “主線なし”イラストの描き方

A motif I having been enjoying in my sketchbooks lately but this time experimenting with positive and negative space. Watercolor and Posca pen in 8.25x11.75 Moleskine sketchbook.

My mother made waffles this evening, so i felt inspired to make these little tests. Im most happy with the one on the red gingham.

Inspired by one of my favorite cartoons, Alice in Wonderland.
