Hello, my name is Jasmin,
and I'm a doodle addict. Frankfurt, Germany

I am a sucker for all sorts of art supplies. In my living room there is a shelf filled with sketchbooks, paints, pencils, pens and collage materials to last me the rest of my life. I was a regular participant at The Sketchbookproject, hosted by Brooklyn Art Library until it had to shut down, and am still trying to find my personal style through doodling, painting and collaging. My goal for 2025 is to finish illustrating the stories I wrote for my kids. Nice to meet you; to meet you, nice.

Done with transparent drawing ink on a coaster. Last one of the series.

Watercolour and brushpens on watercolour paper.

Watercolour and coloured pencil on watercolour paper. Usually I paint on watercolour paper that costs about 3$ for a pad with 10 sheets. This was the first time I painted on paper that costs about 1$ per sheet. And yes, it DOES make a difference. :D

Done with liquid watercolours and fineliner on watercolour paper.

Acrylic markers in mixed media sketchbook. This one is a bit rougher because my markers have medium sized nibs. I still enjoyed the process and the feel of the paint flowing onto the page.
