I'm really diggin' the combination of black ink and toned paper that perfectly complements his illustration style. It's easy to appreciate the different techniques he uses to shade his human-like animals, creating short, heavy scribbles and long flowing lines that fall together to create dramatic compositions. Oh, I've followed your work for years Mr. Carling. This is a nice curated body of work! Your art always gives me a feeling when I look at it... I would say I should listen to nature sounds when I look at your art, but looking at your art makes me imagine those sounds so I don't need to. You have a recognizable style I would notice a mile away... and there's nothing else quite like it. Great feature!
