Thought I'd try doing the same sketch as black and white and then color. Generally simple shapes so initial sketches came out very similar. As I started the second sketch I did mark an edge and a couple key points from the first sketch to ensure similarity. Black and white I used graphite pencils and blending stump. Color was a combo of pastel pencils and tri-colored markers.
