This is the second edition of my snake drawing collection, the first one was titled "slipped secrets" and addressed the conveyance of information between certain parties that should not have been shared. This artwork portrays a sense of love and mutual agreement/understanding using snakes as the conceptual medium through which the action and emotion is portrayed
The mass absorbs the humans and creatures forming into a screaming husk. Hoping for death, the only live to feed the mass, with every thought fading slowly from consciousness. Graphite and charcoal with white acrylic paint for some of the stars. This year, my brother and sister in law got a telescope, so their family had a space themed Christmas. This was my contribution. Side note, I only just thought about how cruel I was to drop my nephew off in the arctic circle with only a tee shirt. We'll just say it's the north pole and the magic keeps them warm...
This was my first trial with doodling in years. Done during the COVID lockdown, I was feeling lonely and anxious, and had only a piece of paper and one marker at hand. I smoked a joint and started drawing. I'm particularly proud of this one because it was completely intuitive and free-style, and it made me confident enough to keep doodling afterwards.
