Creating robots is sort of a coping mechanism for me, and Jester. We have Elizabeth, as always, and some different characters --- Paris the fox, who plays the guitar, and Altero, the rabbit, who does the drums. Finally, Carol, who plays the piano --- these new characters resemble Preistor, Altor, and Lexibo respectfully --- but I changed their animal associations because a bear and a rabbit were just too close to Freddy's band. Now all we have to worry about is the rabbit. Oh, and Carol is an owl.
All Done! I’m pretty happy with how it turned out, but a few of the proportions are way off... but oh well. And I absolutely suck at manes(hair) soooo ya. Also I was curious, I’m thinking about getting some prints made of my artwork to sell, do any of you think you or someone you know would be interested in prints? Just curious, thanks! The M capturer before Jester had a mental breakdown. It's basically just a recolored Springlocker, a suit which looks like an Altitone animatronic, but hollowed out so a person could fit in. It has a full range of movements, and a voice changer, but it doesn't have a voice vix or anything like that. Drawn with FireAlpaca.
Something warm coloured for the incoming spring. Also befitting of the feelings a lot of folks in my life (and myself included) seem to be feeling right now! Much cobweb detangling figuratively speaking this month past, that much is true...
Okay, I understand that comparing any real-life animatronic bands to FNaF is practically a sin, but I made this doodle subconsciously and I'm in love with it. Introducing Rock-afire Freddy. FNaF animatronics have many differences to real life animatronics, like how FNaF animatronics are made of segments, while real animatronics consist of one big fur piece, much more flexible. And that many of the animatronics from FNaF are completely able to walk around --- but in real life, the animatronics only have moving parts that are essential to their performance. This sort of also leads to another difference; FNaF animatronics from a specific generation all have the same endo, while real endoskeletons for animatronics have their own endoskeleton --- which have several differences from FNaF endos, like having upper jaws (which real endos don't), having teeth (real endos just have a plate which can move the mask jaw), being very bare and with few wires (real endos are very complex, and unlike FNaF where the animtronics are probably powered by electricity, real animatronics usually run on pneumatics). Anyways, enough of me rambling.
Rainy days = a perfect excuse for a shedload of coffee and drawing to indulge in. :)
Occurs to me I did one with the title “Laurel Weaver” close to four years ago. Not much else connects the two beyond the title or does it? I don’t know...
Whatever the case, I fancied recycling and revisiting this idea somehow. Enjoy!
Today’s drawing gets it’s name from something I overheard someone declare at lunch yesterday afternoon. I’ve had kale often enough and yet, I’m not convinced it tastes *entirely* like grass... I could be wrong though. Thoughts?
