For this piece I used acrylic paints and acrylic markers. My inspiration was my love of tattoo flash and traditional/neo-traditional tattoo designs. I grew up flipping through pages of tattoo flash catalogues and the art inside was a huge influence in my own art. Some of these pieces are my versions of popular designs and some are originals.

He was able to convey true, deep emotion through words, through many unfinished stories. Now, through the ending of the Story.
These stories have contributed a lot to my life in 2020, as I wrote about in “Split Of… Personality”. Like for many others, he inspired me to create. I am currently taking an art class in college and for this project I had to create three mockups of what I envision as a nest or home. I decided to do three mock up nests based off of my three favorite places I have lived. The first one is Arizona, then Washington, then Chicago.
This piece reflects a year caught in chaos and silence. The intertwining lines mirror the uncertainty I’ve felt—about the world, my family, and myself. Metallic flashes represent fleeting hope and resilience, while the dark spaces hold the weight of loneliness. In stillness, everything continues to move—loud, heavy, and unresolved.
