This is just a doodle, nothing special. Basically Tam and Keefe in a nutshell. I am THIS CLOSE to finishing Unlocked, which makes me sad and happy at the same time. Sad, because I am going to have to wait who knows how long for the next book to come out. Happy because I can now look at and watch whatever I want without any spoilers. So yeh. This is the basic, uncolored sketch of a project I'm doing for art class. It's a little different from my usual style because I tried to go for a more realistic style. I bet nobody will be able to guess who my favorite KotLC character is (hehe)... Also ignore the horrible lighting, my room is not the best when it comes to that kind of thing.

I graduated from school with a degree in Bachelor of Science is what my teachers told me is a good enough degree to get hired in the art world but I don't know what in the art world I want to do. It took me six-years to get a four-year degree and eight years after graduating from high-school to figure out what I want to do with my life. I want to be a freelance artist creating my own work and doing commissions for others but even with my degree the level that I am at now is not good enough to sell neither am I at the level I want to be at. So.... I am taking the rest of my twenties to get at that level starting at ground zero and learning the basics from this website I found www.drawabox.com. This image is one of the exercises I'm doing. I have seen some amazing artists here and would love to learn from all of you so if you have any feedback on my work or would like to have a conversation between artists please don't hesitate to send me a message. This is more of a test than anything, but I thought this would be go a good one to test uploading with. I basically just created this character from my head. If you're interested in the materials I used, I created it with a basic watercolor set using a wet on wet technique for the background, A sharpie outline, and the color on the character was created by using Prismacolor colored pencils.
The M capturer before Jester had a mental breakdown. It's basically just a recolored Springlocker, a suit which looks like an Altitone animatronic, but hollowed out so a person could fit in. It has a full range of movements, and a voice changer, but it doesn't have a voice vix or anything like that. Drawn with FireAlpaca.
This was probably one of the first pieces I have done where I used a reference photo for inspiration. I usually just use them for anatomy and perspective, but this time I stuck to the basic idea of the photo. (I still changed a lot tho, haha)
Some endoskeletons I made a while back. The one on the left is spring-safe, which means it can be openly used as a costume. The one on the right is not spring-safe, and has a much higher chance of springlock failure. If you aren't familiar with the concept, springlock failure is basically where, while wearing a suit such as one of these (which are typically inside of mascot suits), the metal parts and such which pull in while a human wears it jolt back into position (which are there so they can operate on stage without a human in them) and dig themselves into your flesh. This normally kills the person inside the suit. Don't worry, though! Not like this is likely to happen. You usually have a 50% chance or higher to live... or less. ;) Drawn with FireAlpaca.
This is my first post, so I'll keep things pretty basic. "Jester" is his name, but I like to refer to him as "The Ringmaster". He's my own creation, but he's inspired by the funtime animatronics from FNaF. This is also a stylized take on him. I'll post what he really looks like soon. He's comepletely sentient, and runs a pizzaria. There are shorter animatronics in the pizzaria, which he created, with the purpose to perform and entertain the people who come there. The shorter animatronics are not sentient, or possesed. At least, not yet. I'll also post pictures of these animatronics one day, hopefully in the next two days. I haven't really fleshed out what kind of story I'll make for him, but I'll use him eventually. Drawn with FireAlpaca.

Fourth Sorrowful Mystery: The carrying of the cross. So I basically have 5 stations of the cross combined into one. The carrying of the cross (2nd station), When he sees our Blessed Mother (4), Simon of Cyrene forced to help (5), St. Veronica wipes his face (6), he meets the women (8). In between these are the 3 times he fell, the first station of his condemation and then the striping before the final mystery of the Rosary.
"And they compelled a passer-by, Simon of Cyrene, who was coming in from the country, the father of Alexander and Rufus, to carry his cross. And they brought him to the place called Golgotha (which means the place of a skull)" (Mk 15:21-22).
"By accepting in his human will that the Father's will be done, he accepts his death as redemptive, for 'he himself bore our sins in his body on the tree' (1 Pt 2:24)" (CCC, 612).

But due to my harsh luck the time was out...and I was late by 2-3mins...I was extremely sad about it but then thought to upload it on my profile only...so this is basically a drawing of me and my family enjoying time in this quarantine period :) and please please please tell any kind of lack in my this drawing... First time oil pastel. Concepts and Hope: as a woman struggling with autism spectrum disorder I grew up not understanding basic concepts in the world around me. Maybe this is universal. I didn't understand why we had to go out to play in school for example, or I didn't understand other people might not be as honest as I always had been. A lot of concepts have a different meaning for someone like me. So here I am naked between the concepts, misunderstood but hopefully looking up. Maybe one day the world will be more like my ideals are, maybe I will create a circle around me of likeminded people, maybe the world will never change enough but I will find peace with myself. One day I will get peace, one way or another. Hope. Oh and yeah, it's a mess with the oil at the bottom. Does anyone have some ideas to improve my technique?
