Doodling my faces, this time on a piece of wood from a pallet. Re-cycling! Used watercolors and colored pencils, Carved out some spots to add dimension.

We wrapped up our trip with South of the Border, the schlockiest, most-borderline-offensive Mexican-themed South Carolina rest stop of all time. Then we hit Raleigh's art museum, and went home. The last few sketches of my sketchbook were me flipping through my photos and drawing a few favorite things I hadn't gotten to drawing yet. Thanks for traveling with me!

This is my #dirtymushroomlikeskier of #transmundanetuesdays (prompt by @carsonellis) I made some time ago. What a fun challenge! This mister is cleaning mountains of dirty papers. He has no idea how he got there though.

Something different for me, but still a doodle! Sometimes it feels good to just DRAW instead of doing complicated doodles!

I was lucky enough to get to illustrate a beautiful Gorilla sculpture for Paignton Zoo. He took me 18 months to complete as he was under a purpose built awning at my house. Too hot and the pens dried up, too cold and my fingers froze! He now sits at the zoo and I miss him terribly! He Was decorated using acrylic markers on a white gloss base then varnished with car varnish.

First attempt at drawing She Hulk,marker art may seem easy but to me it's really difficult.

(HB pencil on 80mm x 50mm paper) Similar to previous Guardian Spirit works I've done, but this time on an even smaller format so that I can hand them out as calling cards to people I meet. Again, the idea of them is a rib against those who believe in such nonsense as guardian angels and spirit guides.

Favorite words. Gloaming. Dusk. For some reason, makes me think of the opening to Jabberwocky by Lewis Carroll ’Twas brillig, and the slithy toves Did gyre and gimble in the wabe: All mimsy were the borogoves, And the mome raths outgrabe.

The monsters we create A collection of creatures born from our impact and existance on Earth. This is a work in progress project, it doesn't yet have a name, but the story becomes more clear every day. Soon I will have more details about it, until then take care, this runner is taking a real shape and it's after you.
