The Count,
Is a vampire character who like to count things. He is a character who is from the children's show, sesame street. I caved this pumpkin for a Trunker Treat event put on at the King of Prussia mall around Halloween time. This pumpkin was carved in one sitting. Took about 9 hours to carve. I have been involved in compactional pumpkin carving for 17 years. Never won yet.
Pen over pencil with contemplations that hint at child development and parenting strategies. A very wise person told me that it is our life's work to forgive our parents. Another wise person told me that sometimes there is no forgiveness, just forgetting.

What is so terrible about a child screaming?
Why should it disturb us?
Just because we happen to be there to hear it?
What about the child who comes from an inadequate home, where he gets no encouragement from his parents
Where he doesn't have enough to wear, he doesn't have enough to eat, he comes to school hungry...

Wanted to further push how realistic I can achieve with water colour. I don’t think my skill is there yet, so I just let the water colour did it’s thing. And tried to control it less, moved away from adding even more detail.
