I missed the deadline to post. I drew this early in the day but I waited after work, late at night to post. I'm starting to realize that I need to do these early in the day, especially before work but I decided to live on the edge and see how close to midnight I can post ,got sloppy, and then this happened.....lesson learned :(
Hi everyone, as a freelance photographer, I always choose for myself very close and ancient inspirations. Suddenly I remembered that my grandfather's room was still kept until now, so I took my camera and ran over there. Just like I feel a scene full of classics and peaceful, this is where my grandfather used to read newspapers, magazines, science books and meditate with a cup of tea or coffee. But this room is now locked and vacant because my grandfather passed away 2 years ago. I still often come to this room to clean up and sit down to think and remember the memories of the two grandparents in the past. Memories are so dear and beautiful
This is just a doodle, nothing special. Basically Tam and Keefe in a nutshell. I am THIS CLOSE to finishing Unlocked, which makes me sad and happy at the same time. Sad, because I am going to have to wait who knows how long for the next book to come out. Happy because I can now look at and watch whatever I want without any spoilers. So yeh. Started this with 4 or 5 random horizontal lines (drew with eyes closed). While free drawing, decided to add little eyes and faces etc. Undecided if I should color or not. Main thing is I had a lot of fun making this. (I have a bunch of time lapse videos of this spontaneous project).
Christmas is getting close now, which is why I'm opening these up! I really need a budget for X-Mas shopping :3

Ta-da! Finally done! This was inspired by my annual back to school shopping trip in August with my mom, my siblings, and my grandma. The sign is a bit of a clue to that, the heart is similar for he logo of one of my favorite stores (until they closed last month), and the tan thing in the corner reminds me of the dusty playground we stop at between stores. The hair clip, butterflies, and purple corner (it's really a hair extension) are all from my favorite accessory store. The railing is for the walkway between stores and I don't really have to explain the shirt, skirt, pants, and shopping bag. No trip is complete without a bucket of pretzels to eat on the way home! Anyway, I hope you like my art!
Utilising oil paint. It covers the idea of not taking the opportunities when they are presented to you. The sunset and plane flying away symbolise the end of a chapter that would have been closed off.

NO SPECIES INSPIRATION! NO MIXING WITH MY SPECIES! This is my first species so I want to monitor it. This is an f2u species not p2u so just ask me. The picture is terrible. the colors are much brighter... Named for the person liked it most Marker, sharpie, watercolor markers. Simple way to get out of my mind, relax, zone out, I call it brain numbing style because to me it's simple (but it's not really) and just what I do no rhyme or reason. I Just start drawing lines (no subject) with black sharpie/perm marker and see what develops, often surprise myself. I go back and see faces, objects, figures... Closing lines up I see more and then as I start adding color more images develop, no theme to begin but rather it develops as I color and close it in . I tend to see faces a lot especially in graphite or charcoal and in just about anything...rocks, wood, paneling. At times I start with a scenery or subject but turns out completely different and the original never happened. I find out after I look up from being so focused (call it zoned out)
Broken heart looking for answers for these sorrows and ravaging wounds. Fear, enclosed but in hope of a guiding reality further. Distance of a lad emerges.
