I've completed my part of the art trade with @daydreamerdahlia!
At first, Anya was just in a dress, but then I thought it was kind of weird that Caroline was wearing a coat, and Anya was just in a dress outside, so I redrawn her coat.
The scar and earrings are still there! But I didn't want to hide her colorful coat under a shawl.
Green goes well with her red hair, and to blend in with Caroline, I went with green.
I imagine it as some kind of girls night out. Well, not a girls night out, Caroline in her male persona Smarty, I imagine her name already carrying weight and no one will bother them!
Tommy can chill at home this time.
Re-uploaded with some edits that no one will notice.
The OC's name is Caroline Shelton. She belongs to the middle-upper class; her father is quite wealthy, so she knew no hardship much. But she is eccentric and zealously strives for knowledge, has many hobbies and is skilled in many things because of her pursuits. Basically, all she cared about in life was intellectual development. She had only one friend who could stand her personality and temper, James Holloway. Some time later, he disappeared, and Caroline received his bloodstained watch from an anonymous sender with no explanation, only the mailing address from which the anonymous sent the package. Caroline couldn't think of anything better than to dress up as a man and travel to the town the package came from, introducing herself as James Holloway and gaining fame with her skills. She hopes that if the anonymous hears about an albino man named James Holloway in the town where they might live, they'll contact her again when they hear about her. Her logic is this: this person sent a package containing something important to Jim to her, so they must know something about Jim, her, and their friendship, and if they hear Jim's name used by an albino, they'll understand everything. So she sets out on a dangerous journey, making herself a kind of beacon/signal for the anonymous sender to find them and through them to find Jim or learn what happened to him. She'll meet Tommy during this search.
This delicate digital illustration captures the quiet charm of a hazel dormouse, portrayed with soft textures and warm, natural tones. Every fine hair and subtle contour has been carefully rendered, bringing a lifelike sense of warmth and vulnerability to this enchanting woodland mammal. The dormouse’s glossy, expressive eyes and gentle posture invite the viewer into its secretive world, hidden among hedgerows and ancient woodlands. Created using digital drawing apps, this piece blends realism with a tender, almost storybook quality — a celebration of one of Britain’s most beloved yet rarely seen native species.
I drew this mechanical horse. I had this idea of making my favorite animal with gears and plates and all kinds of weird stuff. Eventually it grew into this large drawing. Mechanical Horse - Mixed Media (Ink and Procreate) - Janelle Dimmett 2026 - www.janelledimmett.com

Critically Endangered The White-headed Vulture has undergone catastrophic declines in population number, with an estimate median decline in 96% over three generations (45 years)
This decline has been seen in its very large range from West Africa, across to southern Africa also. Reductions in populations of medium-sized mammals and wild ungulates, as well as habitat conversion throughout its range best explain the current decline. Additional threats include indirect poisoning at baits set to kill jackals in small-stock farming areas. This species is also recorded in trade in West and Central Africa as this species is used for both traditional medicines and also they are intentionally killed for use in witchcraft. This species is part of the Accipitridae bird family, which diverged from all other species of bird 49.6 million years ago during the Paleogene period. Vultures split from the other genera in this family 12.7 million years ago. This species is highly sensitive to land-use and is concentrated to protected areas. Individuals were marked with patagial (wing) tags in Fouta Djallon vulture sanctuary to monitor movements and for a toxicological assessment of the vulture population of the park. Additional studies to monitor the movements of individuals within and between protected areas in underway is South Africa. Orangutan sketch (Original Dimensions: 3000x3000px x 300DPI) to try out my new iPad Air M2 13 using both iArtbook Pro and Artstudio Pro artist apps. This iPad is awesome for power and quickness.
Here are three main facts about adult male orangutans:
1. **Physical Characteristics**: Adult male orangutans are significantly larger than females, with an average height of about 1.2-1.5 meters (4-5 feet) and weighing around 50-100 kg (110-220 lbs). They develop distinctive physical features such as large cheek flanges (fleshy pads) and a throat pouch, which they use to produce long calls to communicate across the dense forests.
2. **Solitary Lifestyle**: Unlike many primates, male orangutans are solitary creatures. They spend most of their lives alone, except during brief periods of mating. This solitary behaviour reduces competition for food and other resources. The males will range widely and have large territories that often overlap with the ranges of several females.
3. **Long Call**: Adult male orangutans have a unique and powerful long call that can be heard over great distances. This call is used to establish territory and attract females. The call consists of a series of roars, grunts, and bellows, and it serves to warn other males of their presence, helping to maintain social hierarchy and reduce conflicts.
