Most evenings, I watch a couple of news programs streaming on my computer. During that time, I also make it a point to draw a person (usually from an on-line reference photo) with a No.2 yellow pencil (generally Ticonderoga) on whatever paper is handy on my desk. It's good practice and keeps my hands busy. These are some "News Doodles" done this past week.
Mjolnir is Thor's best battle weapon, sometimes dare we say, his bestie! And when the wicked Skrull and Kree Empires threaten to enslave and lay waste to Earth, Thor turns to his best friend to assist him in slaying the evils of the galaxy!!!! I lost my momentum after being out of town all weekend and now I'm just doodling pretty faces. And I know I'm the queen of taking bad pics of them. Oh well. At least you get a peek, right? .
