brahms heeslhire sketch from The Boy

Mushroom made on ink with the pointillism technique

From a series of about eight drawings on bristol board, approx 14 x 18. Pencil and watercolor.

A piece I created via a Skillshare class. It’s folk art inspired.

what will probably be my last drawing of 2020 I sort of surprised myself after months of kind of muddling through half finished sketches I worked into the small hours of the morning to polish this sketch. I'm pleased with how its turned out.

Sensuality, power and fertility - meditative layers and tangles of flowers, weeds, and grasses. A bee emerges, free! Ultimately a positive message of hope!

Drew this a little while ago but thought I'd upload it.
