Alien assassin

I've been on an alien kick recently. You can do so many fun things with their designs! Unfortunately, I continue to be terrible at drawing guns.

Sexy girl

The photo captures a shimmering, festive Christmas moment with a beautiful young woman posing in front of a lavishly decorated Christmas tree. She is wearing a glamorous outfit consisting of a sparkling butterfly-shaped crop top and a short white skirt, paired with elegant high heels. The surrounding space exudes a warm, cozy atmosphere with wooden walls, vibrant red ornaments, and green-and-red pennant banners hanging above, creating a lively holiday scene. A black chair nearby, along with festive decorations like a fabric Santa Claus and candy canes, enhances the Christmas spirit. The woman in the image radiates a gentle yet captivating beauty, with her long, flowing black hair and a charming sideways gaze. The combination of modern fashion and a classic holiday setting creates a stunning composition, evoking a sense of warmth and romance. This image is copyrighted and DMCA registered. Its Time

Happy New Year! I am thankful for the time I have, for the people in my life, and what God has done. After a life long struggle with alcoholism, I have been sober for 2 and half years now. God helped my to quit and to be set free from it. There is so much more to life and so much I want to do. I have also struggled with living in the past and regrets, but I have been making progress with being in the moment more and being content. I'm looking forward to today and what this upcoming year brings.

let the Light in

This one started off bad and ended good. It was quick sketch that I wasn't really happy with. I decided to keep going and experiment. I was able to let go and draw without thinking and caring as much. I usually struggle with overthinking and perfectionism, so this one felt like a win for me.

Sir Carl

My friend wrote a comfortable and awesome text about Eddie. She came up with a lot of details, I don't even have the words... Eddie grows a lot of plants, gives them names and talks to them. I couldn't help but sketch it out.. Translation: "Sir, Carl! I think you need a bigger house (pot) now!.."

Moomins

Moomins my moomins! 120 layers of Finnish and Japanese cuties (It's funny, but I took some versions of the characters from the books, and others from the cartoon adaptations. And the Mymble's palette was invented by me hehe). It's been a long time, but I don't regret anything: D

Otis

2 of 5 of my scrapped characters. He at one point had a deep background of a knight forced to retire due to an injury. After recovering works in auto repair shop. The world was a modern/futuristic fantasy. He's not a main character so not much for a love interest or friend.

Fools Rush In (Redo)

I originally drew this picture I think a year ago, but I never colored it. So I thought I would color it in to see how far I have come with coloring and shading. I think I have come very far.

Giant Tree Frog

A tree frog with a twist. This tree frog has trees growing from it. This is very rough and I hope to actually properly draw it out at some point. I based the general shape of the frog on another piece of art I did (which is on my blog site) where I started with a painted green splodge which my imagination decided was a frog.

Backpage doodles

I'm surprised how when I use a sketchbook's back page basically to test media, I end up freed from the pressure to make anything "good" and as a result, the doodles that end up there sometimes tell their own story that I look back on much later and remember.
