Jabbit is mainly a status Pokémon, but its special ability, Tick Off, allows it to do damage when using status moves. A little exercise is good for you, we know. Specially when one's home for what it seems like forever. But it's easier said than done. Still trying though. My legs hurt.

I graduated from school with a degree in Bachelor of Science is what my teachers told me is a good enough degree to get hired in the art world but I don't know what in the art world I want to do. It took me six-years to get a four-year degree and eight years after graduating from high-school to figure out what I want to do with my life. I want to be a freelance artist creating my own work and doing commissions for others but even with my degree the level that I am at now is not good enough to sell neither am I at the level I want to be at. So.... I am taking the rest of my twenties to get at that level starting at ground zero and learning the basics from this website I found www.drawabox.com. This image is one of the exercises I'm doing. I have seen some amazing artists here and would love to learn from all of you so if you have any feedback on my work or would like to have a conversation between artists please don't hesitate to send me a message. I have made of book of these maps of whimsical nonsense. I strongly feel we need more nonsense & mindless meaningless windows of imagination & for those who r not afraid to go on a courageous personal adventure... enjoy! I’ve been practicing digital art lately. This was made in the Adobe Draw app on my iPad. I wanted this drawing to be a celebration and kind of sweet renewal after everything we’ve been through.
The entity in the picture is sort of like a grim reaper, except not. At the end of your life, you will find yourself in an eternal plane of nothingness. You encounter him; and you are presented with two options: to either accept your fate and have your memory wiped, as you are reincarnated, or you are able to have your soul taken out of your very body, have it turned into an orb, and you can stay for as long as you want until you are ready to go: hence, "Stay for Nothing." Whenever i hear the word 'graphic' on the news, my mind goes to art rather than the abrupt visual they feel needs a warning [Which i guess is a courtesy for some folks who just might not be able to handle such a site & prefer to look away.] Well, luckily, I'm not Pollyanna about this... As a creative, it is nearly impossible to hear that word 'graphic' & not flex my creative muscle & treat it w an alternative visual thot... 24/6! [I take Sundays off.] I was never fortunate enuf to attend college or to study graphic arts. But I actually think that this is a skill & craft of immense talent. To create aesthetic colors & shapes & beauty & what seems like using the most simplistic of techniques yet w the greatest of impact is simply mesmerizing to me. Why that color? Why that shape? & yet... it works!!!! So here is my attempt to simulate such a masterful profession but w a bit of humor.
This is a digital drawing I did in the spirit of Christmas. I did a lot of selecting, copying, pasting, and flipping so most things looked nice and parallel. XD The only thing I didn't do that with was her ears. Oh well. At least it was in season..

My first art of 2021, and the first in about 7 months after feeling blocked since last year. Reference was some random photo of a house on a country lane from when I used to go for long walks in Sussex. I decided to push myself into doing some form of artwork every day. This was the result from day three.
This is a digital drawing of four random characters. The two on the left were totally spontaneous -- meaning they didn't exist until this picture was drawn. Buddy (on the right bottom corner) is one of my recent creations and he's developed into a very loveable character. Ninjo, I've actually known for a long time. She's a crazy gal -- always chopping stuff and crashing through ceilings. Come to think of it.. she's not really like a ninja at all..!
The whole purpose of this drawing was to showcase my skill areas. I'm skilled in people (both male and female), animals, and even inanimate objects.
My three nieces doodled all over the background of this canvas and I did the painting of Neve in the foreground. I'll get my other two nieces painted in the summer.
I went back and fixed this one up. I added a collage background using scrapbook paper tweaked some minor things. Its still not perfect but I'm just now entering the intermediate level of mixed media and whimsical art. Canson paper, acrylic matte paints, and watercolor used.
A 4x6" colour sketch of Amroth Beach, Pembrokeshire in preparation for a much larger piece. The light that day was gorgeous, but the level of detail in the distance really could do with a larger canvas to make the most of it.
