I got inspiration from my first gouache painting. After a few minutes of research on Pinterest, I got the Eureka Moment! "Hmm... Maybe I should draw the twisted tree from my painting, which will be full of stars on its branch?" And here it is - the final look. I like it!

He is one of Al's great great great grandfathers, ghosts cannot die but they do move on (either to the mortal world (earth) to reside or go to another dimension to live)he does meet up with Al again in the ghost world

I've started a fantastic Domestika Course by Ruth Wilshaw: "Painting Atmospheric Landscapes with Gouache." It's my first attempt at gouache painting. I'm so excited to try this art medium. I've only painted with watercolors so far. Thank you, Ruth, for your course. I enjoy it so much!

GOT OFF THE TRACK

I just saw a circus tent and thought:Hmm I can make a demon oc out of it and behold!I didn't use the classic red and white colors mainly because I'm not a fan of red I did use blue however.I was going to give him circle eyes but then Fiore Pazzo (the flower demon has them) so I used different shaped eyes instead,one bigger than the other to emphasize his insanity.he and him have very similar personalities although cirko is a little smarter than him.both of them love collecting the souls of children the star demon (glistles) enjoys playing with children rather than to torment them.

Hi! This is my first post, I got a lil lazy on the background but I hope you guys enjoy :)!

This is the second painting of my dragon series, and it was actually the moment at which I decided to make it a series. It was at the beginning of this year when I was trying to decide on a topic for a series to exhibit. I had gone through quite a few subject matters and even started researching on one of them, when I got really mad at a relative's attitude and just felt the need to paint a dragon. And with a second finished dragon piece in hand, I said: "This is it. I'm gonna make a series on dragons."

I love hilly landscapes. But I'm not good at drawing them. The one thing that I should do is practice. I have to take a sketchbook and draw/paint 100 mountains. The trees also could be better. I failed by drawing details on this illustration. Day 11 of #whimsicalByMamaminia art challenge.

Here’s something I did a little while ago- not my best but I still worked hard on it!

This is the first painting I made for a series on dragons that I hope to exhibit this year at my local art museum. It's a 26x36 cm watercolour painting on cotton paper. I took the concept from a Chinese god who was in charge of the pearl of creation, and turned it into a dragon with that very same pearl.

It’s messy, but i’m trying to do new things in my sketchbook and not worry about how “good” it looks. Im trying out new hair styles/looks and i’m working on a medium i don’t use a lot anymore (markers). I also decided to start shading using a blue and i think i really like that and will do it more often.

It's my third illustration with a lantern theme. I had doubts while drawing this illustration. I changed the concept a few times. And I'm not sure if I got the expected effect. But I'm not afraid to share it and say: "this illustration could be better." It gives me the motivation to work harder. It gives me reasons to push myself forward. Have a creative weekend!

Another version of lantern illustration. I wanted to redraw the last illustration. But I changed the concept while drawing. It's a beauty of creativity - it can surprise. The most important thing here is that I feel so happy when I draw illustrations in this style

This is about the sensation of finding some hope. He hated his life so much. Got frustrated about the life choices. This boy here is looking for some HOPE in his life. Then the sun shines. Looking at the beauty, he refreshes himself

I'm working on details and silhouettes. It's the first concept of illustration with a lantern. I'm going to do more in that style with even more details. Redrawing finished works is an excellent opportunity to develop skills and see progress. Have a lovely Wednesday!

I'm playing a lot with the background texture. I'm discovering the power of brushes from Krita Software.  I fell in love with the gouache texture effect.  I like the silhouettes in this illustration, but the leaves could be better. I need to find a good brush for drawing leaves faster and with ease. Or maybe I should try some other techniques? Have a creative time!

A very kind, compassionate,and loving goo ghost blob who takes cares of Al's children when he's at work.she is huge (literally) she is around 7'2 making her one of the tallest ghosts.she has no arms or legs,she has tentacles and often uses them.she loves taking care of Osvald and Milada and would do anything for them.She is older than her being 43 and Al being 40.They eventually have feelings for each other and end up dating.my voice for her would be Patricia Belcher (Miss Dabney From Good Luck Charlie and Caroline from Bones)

I feel only positive emotions after drawing this landscape. It's a bit wintery, snowy, and magical. I love the background texture. But I still need to work on the details. Recently, I discovered the miraculous power of gouache. I ordered paints a few days ago (still waiting for the shipment). That's why there are only digital versions for now. I have already purchased a course on the Domestika platform. I'm going to try my skills at traditional painting on paper. It will be a big challenge. I painted this as a birthday card for my nephew. It isnt the best sky I've ever painted but it is my first go at Jupiter...so. And before anyone says anything: a) Yes, Jupoter does have rings, b) Yes, I know they're only faint, but c) Gimme a break.

This is the third page of my attempt at 100 heads, this is Ra the sun god from the original Stargate movie. I was gifted a VHS cassette tape from “santa” back in the mid nineties, of which I still have. I watched that movie so many times my parents nearly burned the tape…

The illustration of a boy lunch in a desolate place, we are reminded that God know our physical as well spiritual needs. If we seek to put him first in our lives, He will take care of the rest. We always need to be reminded to keep our eye on Christ unless we become filled with fear and we become overwhelmed by our hostel environment and being to sink. We can all identify with Barabbas, for because of our sinful words and deeds, we ourselves are criminals before a Holy God. The rock with ALPA and OMEGA and Irish flower carved in it: represent Our eternal God who existed in the eternal past and will exist in the enteral future. The rock with dove facing down, represent the coming of Holy Spirit who Jesus sent, after He went back to Heaven. He came to teach us all truth about spiritual things, about God, to give us understand of His words, and to strength our bodies, minds, spirits to enable us to do the will of God. The rock with fish symbol: Represents the sign first century Christian would draw on the ground to test a person to find out if they were a true follower of Christ or if they were a spy, trying to expose were the Christians met for church. So, the Roman could arrest and kill Christians. How the test was administered: The initiator would drawl half the body of the fish in the grown, then the person being evaluated, if they were a Christian would know to draw the second half of the fish.
