I'm a big fan of DSaF. I love the characters (kebab boy is my personal favorite), and I cried once I found out that they all freaking die in the end. But not like a little bit of programming can't do the trick, right? I'm using the same sense of Glitchtrap (aka not really being William, but rather an AI or sorts of him) to bring back (a replica of) Jack, Dave, and Henry in the modern world. They're stuck in springlock suits right now, surrounded by wires, as somebody works on them. Dave is in the Bonnie suit, Jack in the Fox suit, and Henry in the Freddy suit. The man who is working on them plans to open a pizzaria, and work alongside the three to create the "Fazfrick's experience". He will wear the Chica suit, because nobody else wants to be the girl. I miss having old-school, beautifully fucked up dreams that make zero sense whatsoever. One I had earlier this week met those standards of surrealism and more!
Phew! What a fortnight it's been here. Been engaging more in my photography as of late, but the day-job's had me on 'go' mode all Easter quite frankly. Thank the maker for those moments to yourself when you can just.. well, indulge really.
(I had gotten some new fine-point pens last week, and I figured this was a good way to test them out.) Two very different things have been on my mind lately, maybe there's a connection? I think it's interesting how it's taken me 4 years to figure something out, become comfortable enough to open up to others about it, and then embrace it. Yet it's like living a double life, being authentic to some and keeping secrets from others. On the other hand, to the person receiving this drawing, I know I can't do anything to change the situation even though I wish I could. All I can say is I'm forever grateful for all you do, and I truly hope you decide to take advantage of all the opportunities coming your way.
