I remember watching this movie a million times when I was little,the cgi still holds up impressively.it's one of those Disney movies that are severely underated.

In real it's a meteor shower. But our imagination allows us to create fantastic images. I love stars. I love landscapes. So it's a final illustration of these both with a fine whimsy touch :) Day 5 of #whimsicalByMamaminia art challenge.

The first century fishing boat with its nets stretch out to dry on the shore, Jesus calls us to leave our old live behind and join Him on a new adventure. Just as he calls his disciples to leave their lives of fishing and join Him in bring people back to God. The illustration of a boy lunch in a desolate place, we are reminded that God know our physical as well spiritual needs. If we seek to put him first in our lives, He will take care of the rest. We always need to be reminded to keep our eye on Christ unless we become filled with fear and we become overwhelmed by our hostel environment and being to sink. Jesus on the cross, God knowing no sin, sent His son to be a sacrifice, the innocent trading place with a vile criminal to face a horrible death on the cross. We can all identify with Barabbas, for because of our sinful words and deeds, we ourselves are criminals before a Holy God. If we identify with Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection from the dead, for the payment of our transgression. This is the only way to be forgiven and washed clean of our sinful past. We have been given the holy spirit to enable us to turn from sin and walk in the newness of life through His word and spirit. The rock with ALPA and OMEGA and Irish flower carved in it: represent Our eternal God who existed in the eternal past and will exist in the enteral future. The rock with dove facing down, represent the coming of Holy Spirit who Jesus sent, after He went back to Heaven. He came to teach us all truth about spiritual things, about God, to give us understand of His words, and to strength our bodies, minds, spirits to enable us to do the will of God. The rock with fish symbol: Represents the sign first century Christian would draw on the ground to test a person to find out if they were a true follower of Christ or if they were a spy, trying to expose were the Christians met for church. So, the Roman could arrest and kill Christians. How the test was administered: The initiator would drawl half the body of the fish in the grown, then the person being evaluated, if they were a Christian would know to draw the second half of the fish. As a red haired Eldren, she is considered cursed and likely to commit dark magics and as a Ratman William finds the residents of London look upon him with derision.

I'm not prepared for today's whimsical illustration. But I'll share the last illustration for my website. I'm going to launch it in a few days.

maureen_machine's DTIYS challenge is definitely a fun/interesting character... But not easy!

This time I managed to get the result I had planned. I made a second attempt at drawing a magic tree. There is much more detail in this illustration. I'm satisfied. It was a great opportunity to develop my drawing skills.

He's not easy to draw,I can draw Milada and Osvald with ease and the rest of the gang but somehow I'm really having trouble drawing Heyman himself especially his eyes.everytime I draw him is inconsistent.

I have been attempting for some time to accomplish the 100 heads challenge, its been a slow process but my goal is 4 poses from 25 characters from some of my favorite movies and t.v. Series. Ive enjoyed this project so far and have noticed its pushed me to work on some much needed improvement on drawing heads in general.

There is still one who remains unconquered, and nothing can overcome him.” In some surprise Glooscap inquired the name of this mighty one. “He is called Wasis,” replied the woman, “but I strongly advise you to have no dealings with him.” Wasis was only a baby, who sat on the floor sucking a piece of maple sugar and crooning a little song to himself. Now Glooscap had never married and wasignorant of how children are managed, but with perfect confidence he smiled at the baby and asked it to come to him.
