This head is from a broken sculpture I found in A church of Rome when I was exploring the city, you can see a lot of these sculpture on the streets when you look around.
really old. not bad for when i drew it ig. you can tell that i really liked gorillaz at the time. might redraw it. not sure. /// drawing was based off of a song called Where's Your Head At by Basement Jaxx. good song. i'm glad this drawing reminded me of its existence. i'm going to listen to it after i upload this.
Some works were born to be prodigious. Once the preliminary lines were laid within the first minute, the quality of the shapes, the diagonal composition and the weight were balanced out.
With the black mass as the hood, a face, hidden underneath, is unveiled. With the addition of the black fingers and the white hand, the full figure surfaced naturally.
The black fingers are the minimal suggestions to add character. The title `Remorse’ came about because of the bowed head and the pose.

I think I’m gonna draw 50 heads within the next couple of days,, I feel like I need to improve a lot~ so you guys like the black n white more or the colored??

its been a while. i've been working on a gift for the last month. i need permission to post that picture because its a friends baby. its my best drawing yet. hopefully i can post. here is my latest project. this is a picture of my father before he headed to the US.
I'm currently doing exercises from DrawABox. Although the header here is: "The Aspiration is just to fill a page. It's not a product. No one has to see it." I will probably end up posting more of these. This is not the same as the graphic journal, which is more about me, my daily activities, etc.
This artwork was inspired from snapchat, an app which I really love. I took one of my favourite filters and drew it on a person. It was an interesting experiment, I got the idea of google! The man killed me the half-woman to establish his glory and he took my head with him. Because in the world of the gods you are either animal or man, but nothing inbetween.
