Bear. Among the backwoodsmen of America there was a superstition that bears breed only once every seven years, and when they did this caused such a disturbance in the atmosphere that any cattle in the district which were about to calve would lose their young. I wrote a letter to myself to remind future me how all of this felt. I didn’t really give it to a magic, angry-looking raven but I really wanted to.

Illustration of a girl in colourful punk-ish clothes.

I just stumbled upon an obscure Canadian-french cartoon called Fred's head & so far I love it (I only watched 3 episodes because I'm watching another cartoon at the moment)I couldn't decide who else to draw to the not so relevant anymore sixfanarts challenge so I ultimately chose him!he sort of reminds me of me when I was 16

My first sketch this year. Trying out my drawing tablet for the first time so some details are left without shading. The background is just an edited photo. XD

A little sketch for an idea that never made it in the end. Still has a place in my heart.

These snails entered a portal to a new dimension and they are very frightened.

Sorry I haven’t been around to post much. I’m always really busy during the summer months. I decided to buy a set of oil paints and experiment with them. When my set arrived, it was missing a blue paint so i had to improvise on this one. The painting is still wet so there is some glare in the image. I feel like it looks good, but I am definitely lacking the skill and technique in oil paints. That is why this painting is super simple and easy subject matter. Hopefully, I can start to get a feel for the oils :)
