Stares

This is one of my Helsinki street style illustrations. On the streets I see fab styles. I’m saving the looks to my mind. Later on I draw them. My blog Flash For Zonzon is about streetstyle Helsinki illustrations.

When my head goes to the dark place...then the art become....interesting. Not done.

I have been obsessed with the new comic book D'ORC. So I felt the need to draw some type of adventurer.

I have been trying to work on poses and body composition. Also, HANDS!

Just wanted to try something new.

I wanted to try a cat hybird. (Those damn hands -_-) But this is what I have so far. I think she's turning out great.

An intuitive mix of fluid watercolor gradients and intricate fineliner patterns, wrapped up in a golden border. A little bit biological, a little bit whimsical.

When I listen to music I come up with ideas. Well here it is.

Sometimes I feel like a child trying to survive in a world of demons.

I like baggy sweaters lately. Its like a big hug.

If men could get pregnant, there would be a McBortions with healthcare available on the corner of every block. *167 million irate women are coming for you* Vote! Our lives depend on it.

The more I draw her, the more her lore unravels. I learn about her world, her character and the plot that I slowly craft inside my mind.
