White bleed proof ink on black paper inked with a Speedball drawing dip pen

i did this a few days ago for inktober, but it was really bordering me the lack of color... so here it is my happy sun in full color...

Inktober2018day12-Whale. I’m using inktober to explore and improve my techniques. This time I wanted to try using more crosshatching. I’m happy with the result. Also, at first I had nothing for the whale prompt but it’s rewarding when you push through the dead space and a concept or idea comes to my head that I can be excited with.

My white #whale is staying up past 10pm on Friday

Macaron pattern (I'm very proud of some of them; some others evidently melted in the oven!)

Inktober day 11: Protea

This is an earlier drawing I did from a Mark Crilley How-To video. All credit to him. Only thing I did differently was to add some red to the scales. Video Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XId8ethxg2M&t=0s&list=PLCD2CF65888663986&index=187

Inktober 2018: Tranquillity

Inktober, pen and paper

Inktober2018 day2. Tranquil. What can be more relaxing than taking your spider for a hike through the country? Maybe walking your spider on the beach?

You’re the mouse of the house now

One for all those Inktober folks out there! Rest assured, despite what the verses say here, you're as mad as march hares in the best way possible. :)
