This turned out to be a finished painting. It started with a full canvas of doodle lines (check my patreon log if you are interested in the raw file) This was executed just this March. Still, no lines were altered except the face area. Impossible you say?

Just recently started reading the Harry Potter series. Halfway through book 2 and got inspired to draw a picture. So here we have Harry and he who shall not be named!
Iam always mesmerised by the print of the great wave by Hokusai, it is stunning, I just had to recreate it, it is so much more detailed and time consuming than it first seems, but loved having a go at. I know there are no boats, I didn’t want them, just sky sea and land!
Trying a mixture of pencils and gel pens. Just highlighting a couple of things. Showing a mixture of not knowing what is actually there in the eye of the beholder.
One of my favorite Mammals, the Pangolin. Like a mix between an Armadillo and an Anteater with a prehensile tail. Yes, they do actually exist. :P (it's done in pencil, and I just added a green filter to it to liven it up)

My friend Steve from the art studio suggested we do studies in blue in honor of the #lightitblue campaign. Just when I was needing some inspiration! These are the late afternoon tree shadows at the foot of my garden.
This is my old roommate's dog, while she had an upset stomach. Don't worry! She was fine that night (after making a little mess for me to clean up). But for a couple of hours, poor thing lay on the couch looking like she'd just lost her job.

This is an old piece created as part of a series of illustrations for a poetry book entitled "Fruit and Bones" by Elizabeth Zimmers (Yon) back in 2002. This is my latest project as of March 15th. It was a request from my cousin. It is based off his original photograph. As you can see, i’m just putting the base shade on it. I’ll have to add the details of the fur after the shading is dark enough
