Wanted to further push how realistic I can achieve with water colour. I don’t think my skill is there yet, so I just let the water colour did it’s thing. And tried to control it less, moved away from adding even more detail.
Réalisation du portrait de @Sylvie Adigard dans le cadre de la préparation de l’exposition : « Les chroniqueurs de #Télématin sur #France 2 et la dissipation et vapeur de la mémoire télévisuelle.

The Bald Eagle is a spectacular bird with a reputation for being a specialist. It will acquire and consume any food source and doesn’t hesitate to scoop up an easy meal.
(B grade pencil on 125mm x 75mm notecard) Another dreamscape image. With this one, I decided to pick out points of detail whilst having the rest shaded in the background. It works well, even with minimum elements highlighted.

This is an earlier drawing I did from a Mark Crilley How-To video. All credit to him. Only thing I did differently was to add some red to the scales. Video Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XId8ethxg2M&t=0s&list=PLCD2CF65888663986&index=187
I have been listening to some great songs and getting lost in some writing and stories. I felt inspired to create this creature. I know I had made one originally a year ago.

Here is one of the songs I obsessed with.
A whimsical depiction of an anthropomorphic frog making Freestyle motocross trick called "Seat Grab" in a classic penny farthing bicycle. The image is funny, humorous and minimalist, featuring a simple outline.
Hello dear listeners! Sit back and listen to the new collection of souls. Let the broadcast...begin. I think this was one of my best and took me hours to complete.
A dense cluster of geometric buildings sits beside the phrase "Offline is the New Rich" highlighting a contrast between urban and online life, and simplicity. To the right, a small house stands alone surrounded by trees and clouds.
Drawn and colored by me, inspiration from a pause oc challenge on YouTube. Zayn is an escaped lab experiment with water elemental abilities. The cat on his shoulder is Raya, a stray that frequented the lab that he befriended. Zayn is a human with animalistic features and four eyes, marking him as unnatural. He is an original character, not based off of anything.

I was listening to the song ‘Devil Doesn’t Bargain’ by Alec Benjamin (HIGHLY recommend by the way!), and I thought ‘hey! This OC matches the vibe of this song.’ And decided to write the lyrics behind him. For future reference, that takes far too long, but it turned out pretty well!
Oseberg Style Norse Wall Plaque. Silver gilding on lustrous blue. Typically animalistic faces in grotesque grins in order to protect individual or household.
