Recovering from brain surgery and the follow up radiation treatments have me a little slower pace right now. :)
Every now and then, I do an homage to "Spy vs Spy" with a little something called "Dog vs Dog". It's a small short comic strip like series, that involves 2 dogs. One red, the other blue going at each others throats using various,violent' slapstick gags.
This artwork started as a doodle. I love chaos & i love the freedom to meander endlessly w a pencil. However i also like 2 have a 'Conversation' w viewers. So to encourage this i often 'name' the doodle. Suddenly by defining the scribble it almost gives folks permission to comment & offer their perspective & input. Luckily i am not swayed either way w this conversation but i do love a forum for ideas & this usually turns into even more optimistic exercises allowing me to continue discovering the unknown & undrawn. Quite frankly i am lucky since i can draw & create any reality i choose... for me the visual possibilities r truly endless. Yep, Eternity is the limit.

Toronto the city is fighting to save Heritage buildings from demolition, they are already on a heritage site called The Distillery District. The current premier of Ontario is corrupt and get financial backing from developer friends, to sell off important pieces of Ontario land., without any public consultation. The situation is currently being fought for by the community through estate lawyers.
Inspired by a little rabbit I've seen from the car one morning. While I was driving, the little bunny was hopping along the countryside. I was a a very peaceful and happy scene, the little guy living in its own little world, of which I only could get this one quick glimpse. All the other details remain to imagination..... Jabbit is mainly a status Pokémon, but its special ability, Tick Off, allows it to do damage when using status moves. Its other ability, Infuriate, taunts the opposing Pokémon whenever it doesn't attack. The left is its normal colors, and the right is its shiny. It does not evolve. Drawn with FireAlpaca.
Started this with 4 or 5 random horizontal lines (drew with eyes closed). While free drawing, decided to add little eyes and faces etc. Undecided if I should color or not. Main thing is I had a lot of fun making this. (I have a bunch of time lapse videos of this spontaneous project).
A little exercise is good for you, we know. Specially when one's home for what it seems like forever. But it's easier said than done. Still trying though. My legs hurt.

Llyn Mymbyr, Snowdonia. This view looking in the opposite direction to Snowdon. First time using a Uniball UB-150, but the paper allowed it to bleed somewhat so the lines were a little heavier than intended. I think it would benefit from better quality paper or a finer pen.
