These are some old drawings I had done that I wasn’t particularly proud of at the time. I decided to go ahead and post them for memories.

It’s easier to remain silent for someone whose words only ever got twisted. (spoke in other forms though) Running from what? Nothing. And everything. Until they fell off the edge - or flew- and plunged into an epiphany where words can’t even translate, can’t touch you. “Don’t you come looking for me” on the wind.

This is someone's OC I drew (the design is not mine. No stealing please.) It's also one of my first attempts at drawing a dragon-like creature. This one, I'm pretty proud of. However, I need practice on drawing scales. Getting them to look right is more difficult than I thought. Overall, super happy with this picture. I hope the image makes your day a little more magical.

“Claire!” Elle woke up with her daughter’s name on her lips. Startled, she sat up and looked around the living room with her heart still beating loudly in her chest. A dream, she realized dazedly. Slowly, she crossed the way to the back door. With unseeing eyes she gazed out into the garden. She remembered waking up in the hospital six years ago and seeing her husband sitting next to her. She remembered how he took her hand into his and looked at her with eyes full of despair. He told her that the doctor thought Claire might not survive. That she might die before she was even born, die before she had a chance to look into her mum’s eyes, feel a kiss on her forehead, clench her little fist around her dad’s finger, hear them speaking to her without a belly barrier between them… It was a silent, terrible death. It was the death of someone so precious, so innocent, so tiny… Elle took a shuddering breath.

These to fantastic friends are characters I made 2 or 3 years ago. Gremlin is a mix between a fox (who finds his face ugly) and a goblin who was incredibly smart, and Mr. Brick is a small robot with a living soul that Gremlin created. I was looking through some of the old comics, and decided to make a new Mr. Brick and Gremlin comic, when I got the idea for this disgusting comic. I hope you found it funny, it took a while to make.

A creature that lurks in the unused halls of Ringmaster's Pizza Hall. You see, Ringmaster's used to be a school --- a very large school, at that. And only a very small area of that school is currently used for the public. Things lurk in the dark in the unused parts. I mean... but just look at this guy's HAIR, though. It's on fleek.

This was Emma Thompson in one of my favourite films, Stranger Than Fiction - she is brilliant! I used just colouring pencils in this one to try out a soft, harmonious look, on the background of blue A4 card. I quite like the relationship between the foreground and background in this piece; had the background been white, I don't think it would have worked as well.

I think It's none other than my heart that covers one's eyes. To see, hear, think, and speak as the mind pleases. Mistakes can happen, and some people focus only on themselves and say things they shouldn't say to someone. When someone doesn't live blind anymore and one day can see the real world with one's own eyes, will feel deceived and feel anger and futility etc. I wanted to say that if look at the world with the eyes of heart, Can't see the reality.

August 11th, 2014. The day it all stopped, but the little spark of madness never actually disappeared. I find it funny how I'm fascinated with trying to look into other's minds when I can't even figure out my own.

This is my first ever attempt to make a digital painting of clouds. Even though it is unrealistic!, I tried to depict how the sky looks in my dreams.

Where do I begin with this one? This is a drawing of my dad and I; the picture was taken back in 2006, a happier time, I suppose. I don't commonly think about my dad, I don't necessarily think about how much I miss him or how I wish I could see him again, so it was odd for me to sit and look through old photos. I don't really know my dad; I do, but I don't. My dad was physically part of my life for 10 years, the second half of those were not the best. Mental illness, self medicating for years, debt, heroin, arguments, threats, uncertainty. I feel like I remember the negative more because I was older, my parents couldn't hide it from me like they used to. At the same time, when he was sober and stable, life was good. Life was great, things felt complete. So here I am, 6 years since he died. I don't want to say his image is fading, but I know less of who he was than I did before. I see the good from some (the ones who praise him, who act like he was a saint), and I see the bad from others (the one who felt the pain). I suppose I no longer see my view, my memories aren't there anymore. I don't necessarily feel sad, the anger has faded, and I can't say I'm happy. Maybe I'll figure it out one day, but, for now, it is what it is.

It's Monk Kirby! Did you ever wonder what Kirby would look like if he swallowed a monk and copied his power (or joined our Order)? Lol. Well this is how! I first drew my hand (I like that bit more) and then I tried to draw a butterfly. Then I sketched one of my plants, and I realized it looked like a hand in a garden. BTW I have no idea how to draw a butterfly.

So some of you may be thinking.. But what does Link look like in his developing cartoony style? Well here he is! If you don't know Link, the Hero of Courage, is from a game called the Legend of Zelda. Usually on my home visit I will play as Toon Link with my friends and family when we play Super Smash Brothers. Annette Hanshaw, look her up. She is wonderful!!! Now, I think some people think I'm tryna be rude doing this whole Joker-esque vibe, PLEASE, I'm not. I like and respect Joker (mainly the Mark Hamill one). The music that Annette Hanshaw sings is one that takes me back to a time where we get that nice old soul of old timey goodness, which is what Mr Mark Hamill's portrayal of the Joker made me think of. So, making an older photo of Annette Hanshaw look like the Joker form DC comics, to me, is a cool thing. Yes, I didn't draw the entire thing, this is just me drawing over the picture. This was the base of the last anchor I drew. It doesn't look too different.

I wanted it to look like the chalkboard menus in quirky cafes. I drew the image with a Blackwing pencil, scanned it into Photoshop, inverted, then applied the colors.

It finally was nice out again today so I dressed up in my new Adidas gear that I haven't gotten to wear much yet and took a 2 mile walk. Decided I looked cute enough to doodle a selfie.
