My favorite projects r when i get the freedom to doodle & illustrate raw unfettered thot. To me this not only makes me chortle but actually makes sense... while to others they look for meaning & probably don't realize that as long as they r looking forward i am pleased no matter what their discovery or personal meaning. Just the notion they r intrigued makes me happy,

I had so much fun drawing the concept art for the Liz Cat's crew, that I decided to make all the other Altitone animatronics (including a smaller Dellusion) as these more kid-friendly designs! I think I've finally come up with a design for the Altitone crew that is actually appealing to children. All the previous designs had always looked like nightmares: no eyes, sharp teeth, faceplates, and most of all; they were all white --- and not all cats, rabbits, and bears are white. So, I needed to make them resemble animals a little more. And I did! I'm certainly going to keep revising these designs, though. But for now, I introduce you to the V1 Liz Cat's band! I've finally redrawn my profile picture! Except, my actual profile picture will be magenta instead of blue. This design still isn't canon, but I haven't found the motivation to redraw the entirety of the Ringmaster's crew. My last attempt was with the advanced version of Elizabeth, and the unfinhed Preistor, but they take so long to make --- and that's why Preistor goes unfinished. The reason they take so long is because I also sculpt the endo inside of them, in which the 2.5 versions didn't have an endo, and the joints and such were put in after I had drawn ths shell. Yesterday I saw my good friend and I went to the park(I see her all the time but this time our mom and little siblings came) and it was just like old times we played laser tag with the littles, and talked, and swung on swings and climbed trees and it was so fun so I drew us afterwards. I also drew our masks halfway on so we could see our faces. I HATE COVID! I also really dislike wearing masks and distancing and stuff so this is a way of getting around that. Idk if that makes sense.
I finished it. I thought of this while listening to “Shadows of Mouldwood” from the “Ori and the Will of the Wisps” soundtrack. It’s a protector. Not the good kind. Don’t tell him about the kids that bully you, or the teacher that made you stay after school, or how your father beat you with his belt. When he asks you what you need, just tell him, very politely, you don’t need any help, and make sure you do it convincingly. Because he really wants to help.
I did this for a Skillshare class. It’s about how giants feel overwhelming but that there is victory in Jesus. I wanted the problem to look impossible and big but show that she knows that God will be enough for her to overcome. It encourages me sometimes to make stuff like this.
Okay, so, even though I was certainly not born in the times of Showbiz Pizza Place, I am still in love with it. My favorites are Billy Bob, Looney Bird, Rolfe Dewolfe, and Uncle Klunk (but saying that I have favorites makes it look like I don't love them all...).
