Character Design 12 Zodiac: Aries

I've tried to bring the feeling of motion into my sketch. I like capturing street scenes and wanted to convey the gritty street alogwith the activity of the tourists and Londoners.

I realized that I hadn't really used the paint markers I got earlier this year so I thought I'd try them out.

A lady at work asked me to make an elephant for her as a gift for a friend. I sketched a bunch of different options and finally came up with this. Watercolor on drawing paper with marker.

Pop art ink drawing in red, pink, and violet hues. The subject is the palm of a hand and curled fingers. The background has blue, green, and turquoise stripes contrasting the colors of the hand. This artistic drawing style uses non local color to create form in the palm hand drawing.

This is a colorful mixed media artwork using a black ballpoint pen complemented with a rainbow gradient painted with watercolor paints. I created this artwork on November 11, which is why it's titled "Angel Numbers."

I took an hour or two and drew some owls while watching the 7th Harry Potter movie.
