Perched in Stillness

A simple ink sketch of a bird at rest. Sometimes the quiet moments—watching, pausing, waiting—are the deepest teachers. This drawing is part of my exploration of what I call the Quiet Practices—small ways of living from the inside out. If you’d like to see more of my reflections, I share them here: https://forming20.com/

Stones, Scribbles, and a Glittery Purse
1/3

The tables were covered in white paper. Crayons, pastels, and smooth sticks waited quietly. Then came Lucy’s glittery purse—her 8-year-old hands had filled it with stones to pass along, one by one, to the strangers around the table. We traced them. Pushed them. Held them. Then we let the colors lead: -Red for emotion. -Yellow for curiosity. -Blue for memory. Each color came with music, with story, with space. At the Museum of Wisconsin Art, we made marks not for meaning but for presence. Thank you to Ann Marie and MOWA for the invitation and trust. And thank you to the participants—some new friends, some old students—for showing up and making lines that listened before they spoke.

HOW TO RETRIEVE BACK YOUR LOST OR SCAMMED FUNDS WITH SALVAGE ASSET RECOVERY

I never could have imagined that I would find myself in a situation where I would be seeking help due to being a victim of a scam. Unfortunately, that day arrived when I fell prey to a crypto scam, resulting in the loss of a substantial amount of money, specifically $63,749. This ordeal began on June 21, and the consequences were devastating, including losing my children's school fees. The experience was not only financially draining but also emotionally taxing. The feeling of vulnerability and helplessness that comes with being scammed is indescribable. However, I was determined to take action and regain what was lost. After conducting thorough research and reaching out to various recovery services, I stumbled upon Salvage Asset Recovery. I must express my gratitude to the team at Salvage Asset Recovery, who did an exemplary job in recovering approximately 95% of my lost funds. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to helping victims of scams like mine are truly commendable. The process was thorough, and they kept me informed every step of the way, providing reassurance and confidence in their abilities. This experience has taught me the importance of vigilance and caution when engaging in online transactions, especially those involving cryptocurrency. It has also highlighted the need for reliable and trustworthy recovery services that can help individuals who have fallen victim to scams. I hope that by sharing my story, others may learn from my experience and be more mindful of the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions. In conclusion, I am grateful for the assistance provided by Salvage Asset Recovery and appreciate their efforts in recovering a significant portion of my lost funds. Their services have been invaluable, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has been a victim of a scam. Their contact details.. Telegram+16592200206 Email..
