A little doodle I made in class. Zentangles aren't really my thing, but I've been doodling a lot with a pen, and I love the way it looks. It's supposed to be some sort of stick-monster.
I drew this up pretty quickly on a whim. I don't know what the story behind this is, what either of those creatures are called, or who that lady is. All I know is that the snail creature should be voiced by Tom Hiddleston
I finished it. I thought of this while listening to “Shadows of Mouldwood” from the “Ori and the Will of the Wisps” soundtrack. It’s a protector. Not the good kind. Don’t tell him about the kids that bully you, or the teacher that made you stay after school, or how your father beat you with his belt. When he asks you what you need, just tell him, very politely, you don’t need any help, and make sure you do it convincingly. Because he really wants to help.
A teaser for the new pizzeria and animatronics. The restaurant is called "Zero Days Until the Party", or more commonly referred to as "Zero Days" or "Zeros". This restaurant will have less animatronics, with a slightly different looks than Ringmaster's Altitone band. Mostly just the addition of eyes. The mass absorbs the humans and creatures forming into a screaming husk. Hoping for death, the only live to feed the mass, with every thought fading slowly from consciousness. A far cry from how I usually draw. The lineart is messy and I colored sloppily, with the watercolor brush. This guy is the first out of three paint moster generations --- yes, this guy is made of white paint. The mahogany lines aren't blood, but rather mahogany paint. I may or may not post the later generations of Geoff (the name of three paint mosters, all related, all from different generations). Drawn with FIreAlpaca.
Various days for Inktober 2020. Coral, dizzy, and rip and dig. I had fun detailing different monsters. Dizzy is a cross between a siren and wraith, rip and dig can survive in extreme climates and hide underground for years until it's time to Fred. A quick group portrait I made to try making a timelapse of the process. The timelapse is posted to my instagram account. This time, I used brown and yellow bister ink on watercolor paper. Normally I paint the monsters themselfves, but now I used negative painting to create them.
A Pokémon sweater I drew a while ago. It represents Japanese Pokémon Red and Green. I drew a static-head wearing a smiliar sweater, which is inspired from this. The Japanese text translates to "Monster". Drawn with FireAlpaca.

For mine, I had to draw a monster called a "niter" based off of his description:
"Niters communicate in whispers. Nocturnal. Shy away from light. They’re black and oily and emanate a bluish glow. Large, looming 6 foot shadow things with massive hind legs, clawed for climbing trees and they have ‘maws’ instead of arms, claw-like appendages they stab people with and only one gaping blue eye. Their mouths open up and they swallow their victims whole."
What's funny is that I didn't see the fact that they emanate a bluish glow until now. So, the glow from the eye is purely by coincidence. Figuring out the hind legs of this creature was difficult, and so I sought reference images, and of all things, the koala turned out to be a pretty good reference.
For a while, there, it was looking like Carnage from Spiderman, but I toned down the reddish-hue a bit. The intention was to give the appearance of motor oil.
So, now to find out how badly I failed at drawing this...
This art trade was fun, though, and I would do a similar one, again. But I am le tired.
