Dear Friends , The Great Pumpkin Carve sponsored by the Chad Ford Historical Society is going to be held on the Thursday 18 October 2018 . Live carving is Thursday night, starting at 300PM. There is usually about 70-100 carvers, the creations of these artists are on display in a maze like setting. Other attraction are a hay ride , haunted forest display, food causations venders, live music. The event is Thursday night to Saturday night.

I almost did not participate last year because I was unemployed, and could not afford the entrance fee of $25, but The watercolor artist Andy Smith paid my entrance fee. and my sister paid my gas. Well I am unemployed again, not sure I will have the funds to enter this year. Pray the Good Lord will open the financial door that I will get the money to pay the coast to enter this year. Starring The Beach Boys: Good Vibrations (1967). Featuring Joy Division's Unknown Pleasures (1979). Let me tell you a story about a tragic genius ahead of his time. About a songwriter who wrote his songs on a piano situated in a sand box. About a musician combining a variety of tapes to create this carefree beach sound. Doodle piano by Cédric la touffe. Superforma and The Silo asked me to customize the old piano that was outside at the silo. I first started during the concerts of 10lec6, Loire Valley Valypsos, The Green box and Ineige then finished at Silo after 22 hours of work.
So I am making a little animation (as part of my art training) and this is the first frame. It's to a song, so I put the words on the screen, so that's why the word is there

About a 17-year old girl singing a feminist anthem written by men in the 60s music industry dominated by men. About a young female journalist called Gloria who was supposed to write in "Womens' pages" only. About the same woman shouting out to the pink hats in 2017 as she already did to women in the 70s. I just finished the Calandra Lark. Here are some facts about this beautiful bird...
Appearance: It's a large lark, about 17.5-20 cm long, with a robust build, a heavy bill, and noticeable pale eyebrows
. Its plumage is mainly greyish-brown streaked above and white below, with large black patches on the breast sides.
Habitat: This species is found in open plains, steppes, pastures, and dry cereal cultivations. It's mainly resident in the west of its range but Russian populations migrate further south in winter.
Diet: Their main food source is seeds, but they also consume insects when nesting.
Behaviour: Calandra Larks are known to be gregarious outside the breeding season, often forming large flocks.
Song: Their song is considered musical and slower than the Skylark's. It has been historically popular as a cagebird.

Here's the original description for the submission: Future you calling is a group that mixes electronic pop and rock with some vintage and retro vibes thrown in the mix. To Whom It May Concern is their newest album. It's like that strange record that you once found on the slightly shady flea market that closed down after one month. You wish you had bought it back then, so now is your chance to repair the damage and get this album instead. It's almost the same. We promise. (Future you calling is an invented band. I'm not musically skilled enough to make the band reality but I can always imagine how their albums would look like if existed.
