Christmas comes stomping in

It does not really look like this!

I'm trying a new subtractive technique to get black tones in my drawing, then watercoloring over top. It's sort of a printmaking approach. Sort of.

I've been working on boring portrait studies in hopes to make my work better and hopefully at one point hire-able.

A poster I made based on an Inktober sketch (day 8) where I made a small pattern of macarons. I had a lot of fun thinking of flavour combinations for the macarons! I'm selling the poster (and other products, such as mugs and t-shirts) on my Society6 and Red Bubble stores.

Bauta Tricorna , Carnivella and Punch & Judy all inspired by the mask shops in Venice... amazing!

A quick doodle I did while practicing drawing people sitting. I'm really bad at it, so expect a bunch more like this in the future.

I was unsatisfied at the streaks on the moon, but I think I mostly fixed it

The idea for this portrait came to me when I was looking at a packaging of soap - it was very glossy and it looked like it could look like pearls. As well as the soap packaging, I used white ink mixed with acrylic paint (for opacity) on black paper.
