nature

Gouache in my sketchbook.

After soaking up a mountain view this came out an hour after.

Just rocks

After a couple days with not a lot of time and very small drawings, this was a very fun study break

Having more fun with digital art

Saw the prompt looking for inspiration and wanted to try to draw a hand pressed up against glass... I thought I did a pretty good job for a first try

More mountains from a couple days ago

Really exploring the different possibilities of digital art, and having a lot of fun with it! Very pleased with the outcome here!

Watercolour and acrylic

It's a little late... It's been a crazy busy couple of days but I finished my earth day piece!

It's spring and there are a bunch of little ducklings everywhere to draw!

Having fun messing around with crayons the last couple days

Watercolor over 200g/m² paper.

My apologies for older works, just going through old notebooks and wanted to share this For all of you just getting started out there, or struggling with motivation, this is a side by side comparison of drawings about 18 months apart, 1 drawing a day. It may not feel like it, but every bit of practice you get a little bit better. Keep it up!

Not sure I've ever drawn a dandelion before but I was happy with the outcome I think

Experimenting with clouds... I don't think I did the sunset justice unfortunately

Commission to draw an album cover

Fineliner pen

Mountains are a really good place to fall back to after a long day, it doesn't take too much effort to make them presentable

Wild Geese You do not have to be good. You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves. Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell you mine. Meanwhile the world goes on. Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain are moving across the landscapes, over the prairies and the deep trees, the mountains and the rivers. Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air, are heading home again. Whoever you are, no matter how lonely, the world offers itself to your imagination, calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting— over and over announcing your place in the family of things.
