This is the first page of my comic I am starting. Hopefully I can upload a couple times a week so that you can see the full story unfold and not have to wait too long. In this page the main character (Olly, who is a witch btw) sees a golden owl.
This piece is called, ‘Mrs Victoria,’ I created this for a friend in 2018. This is on a canvas. I use acrylic paint. This was a request, he was telling me the type of art that he wanted to give his girlfriend for her birthday. I love challenges as an artist, and it helps me to try new things in my art. My style is kind of versatile. He brought the piece, for his girlfriend. They both loved it. Prints of this piece is now on sale on my ArtPal site. I've been working on drawing My character, Florin and his dearest companions his queen and bodyguard today. They're from a northern mountainous kingdom that reveres birds especially corvids of all varieties.
I'm currently doing exercises from DrawABox. Although the header here is: "The Aspiration is just to fill a page. It's not a product. No one has to see it." I will probably end up posting more of these. This is not the same as the graphic journal, which is more about me, my daily activities, etc.
I don't often do the prompts and, when I do, I generally finish them late. They don't always speak to me, but this one did. The ideas are not original, but I'm pretty sure I came up with this maxim last year as a way of encouraging myself.

Jabbit is mainly a status Pokémon, but its special ability, Tick Off, allows it to do damage when using status moves. Its other ability, Infuriate, taunts the opposing Pokémon whenever it doesn't attack. The left is its normal colors, and the right is its shiny. It does not evolve. Drawn with FireAlpaca.
Started this with 4 or 5 random horizontal lines (drew with eyes closed). While free drawing, decided to add little eyes and faces etc. Undecided if I should color or not. Main thing is I had a lot of fun making this. (I have a bunch of time lapse videos of this spontaneous project).
A little exercise is good for you, we know. Specially when one's home for what it seems like forever. But it's easier said than done. Still trying though. My legs hurt.

I graduated from school with a degree in Bachelor of Science is what my teachers told me is a good enough degree to get hired in the art world but I don't know what in the art world I want to do. It took me six-years to get a four-year degree and eight years after graduating from high-school to figure out what I want to do with my life. I want to be a freelance artist creating my own work and doing commissions for others but even with my degree the level that I am at now is not good enough to sell neither am I at the level I want to be at. So.... I am taking the rest of my twenties to get at that level starting at ground zero and learning the basics from this website I found www.drawabox.com. This image is one of the exercises I'm doing. I have seen some amazing artists here and would love to learn from all of you so if you have any feedback on my work or would like to have a conversation between artists please don't hesitate to send me a message. A bit of a departure from my usual style. I wanted to try something a bit messy, fast, and loose. The scene is an ancient woodland in Pembrokeshire called Tŷ Canol, an atmospheric place and full of inspiration for artworks. Pen and watercolour in Seawhite sketchbook.
Soooo.... there's Keeper of the Lost Cities, and there's Star Wars... but what if you combine them? This is the one and only O-Biana Kenobi (Obi-Wan Kenobi and Biana Vacker). I'm actually really, really proud of this, so if you don't mind liking it, I would really appreciate it :) I plan on doing more things like this in the future, such as Emperor Palpitam (Tam Song and Emperor Palpatine) and Darth Vacker (Darth Vader and Fitz Vacker). If you haven't seen Star Wars GO BINGE-WATCH THEM!!! If you haven't read KotLC GO READ THEM ALL!!! I myself am only on 6/8.5 books in that series... anyway I hope you like this... because I worked really, really hard on it.
I have made of book of these maps of whimsical nonsense. I strongly feel we need more nonsense & mindless meaningless windows of imagination & for those who r not afraid to go on a courageous personal adventure... enjoy! In other words, whatever u see... u r correct. There is no hidden message. No persuasion or guiding philosophy... just silly fun if u will allow yourself the freedom to revel w-out reason.
I started sketching a scene and thought "I'm not that good at drawing trees", so rather than do an entire scene, I thought I'd have a go at a single tree as an exercise. In hindsight I used too thick a pen. Time to break out the 0.1 pens for future sketches.
This came about from a doodle. Doodling is a combination of skilled scribbling, mindless direction & abstract tracing. Doodling [For Me] is not sketching someone's portrait or rendering a photo. It's freely skating w a pencil or pen along a drawing surface & searching for discoveries & different unusual paths that some how result in some lovely surprises. So here ye go. Salut ... je suis nouveau ici. Je me nomme Elimane et j'ai 20 ans. J'aime beaucoup l'art et j'essaie d'apprendre au maximum. Je suis surtout super fan de bande dessinée, mangas et autres.
