I remember how I just started making this piece with no guidelines no measurements.. nothing. Just me looking at the reference and goin blind in the feelings. I wanted to make this piece as alive as i could..I wanted to feel his presence near me.

I'm in immense emotional inconsistency and I miss this person so much. -I remember painting this in the month of October... around sunset, at the terrace with cheap acrylics and 1 paint brush on a foamy material that comes with jeans or cloths.. I made this in appreciation of a person i love..

There is compassion in anger. Love in rebuke. Comfort and understanding in severe words in place of pleasant platitudes.

Independence Day

2 of 5 of my scrapped characters. He at one point had a deep background of a knight forced to retire due to an injury. After recovering works in auto repair shop. The world was a modern/futuristic fantasy. He's not a main character so not much for a love interest or friend.

1 of 5 characters I scrapped but revived for Artfight. This is a redesign and it is his first time being colored in digitally. I'm happy with him and will likely add him to future projects.

Combat practice!

Artwork sketched traditionally with pencil then transferred to iPad to finish in Procreate. I'm trying to free myself from my own expectations. Stubborn is the word :/

Mandala Art

Another little "vent" piece- pencil and marker.

I love frogs. I think they're amazing. I definitely plan to keep practicing how to draw them.

By request I did the first drawing from the new bunch of presidential candidates. More to come.

This character is well known and has appeared many times in various comics and cartoons. The character I created has a face that contains a lot of sadness and is sometimes very ghostly. Many compliments to the author for creating this mysterious and magical character. ------------------------------ The work was created by Luu Hoang Phuc and posted on December 3, 2012 and the work was exclusively posted on two platforms Facebook and Doodle Addicts.
