Annette Hanshaw, look her up. She is wonderful!!! Now, I think some people think I'm tryna be rude doing this whole Joker-esque vibe, PLEASE, I'm not. I like and respect Joker (mainly the Mark Hamill one). The music that Annette Hanshaw sings is one that takes me back to a time where we get that nice old soul of old timey goodness, which is what Mr Mark Hamill's portrayal of the Joker made me think of. So, making an older photo of Annette Hanshaw look like the Joker form DC comics, to me, is a cool thing. Yes, I didn't draw the entire thing, this is just me drawing over the picture. This was my submission to the recent Mother Nature doodle challenge held here. Mixed media using traditional watercolor and digital line art/embellishments. It is now available on Society6 as a print, stationery, and a variety of phone cases.
Tribal Hillary - I find her face fascinating and never the same from one time to the next. Sort of like every wrinkle and line telling us what she has been up to on any given day. I see a lot of fighting spirit in her, which inspired this portrait.
This is quite a ubiquitous scene, fresh garlands mainly of fragrant jasmine, marigold, rose and mango leaves, hang outside temples so the pious can buy them as offerings just as they enter.
Despite appearing in only one episode,I really love her design and personality.I simplified her appearance to make her look very different from the original art style.i drew her because there aren't many goth characters who aren't outspoken,rebellious and brash which instantly made her my one of my favorite As told by ginger characters
Drawings I made for a commission of the five stages of the Walking Wall installation by Andy Goldsworthy at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City. What an inspiring journey to walk and watch it move.
This doodle depicts a transitional phase in my college years. Illustrating one of my favourite rappers, drinks, snacks and one of the iconic buildings in London; this doodle is full of colours varying in throughout the page and popping out with contrast.
