This painting is based on the original Dream of Nimue by mixed media artist Ida Andersen Lang. I tried to do it Justice but my paper was terrible and could not withstand many mediums. Watercolor, colored pencils, pastel, gloss varnish, on mixed media paper.

Wanted to do something looking a bit concert poster-ish around the Rogan podcast and the word "Experienced."

My idea of god, overseeing the balance. good and evil will always dictate our choices.

I'm usually bad at portraits or drawing faces in general so I decided to practice a bit more and this was the result of my first serious attempt at a portrait drawing using graphite pencils and black fineliners

Done with crayons and pallette knives. Practice for the current challenge. Who knew crayons were so versatile.
