Their tentative name is the Child of the Valley. I wanted to craft a small story to go with this image, but it proved too formidable a task for now. This was originally meant to be a watercolor doodle intended for the weekly drawing prompt with "coffee" but didn't quite turn out the way I expected it to. Decided to just submit it into my regular gallery instead. I really like the way the froth on the top of the cup came out. Looks tasty ^^

I don't often do the prompts and, when I do, I generally finish them late. They don't always speak to me, but this one did. The ideas are not original, but I'm pretty sure I came up with this maxim last year as a way of encouraging myself.
