WHIP IT GOOD. This ode to Devo was drawn with fountain pen ink run through brush markers. The watercolor effect was me running a wet brush through parts to make the fountain pen ink lift and pool. If you want more Leah Fun™, be sure to check out instagram Super_Starling!
It's official. I've gone to the dark side and fallen in love with acrylic gouache - specifically the Liquitex one. I'm not really satisfied with how it turned out,I'll definitely redesign her again soon.Shes a succubus I originally drew when I was 17 along with an Incubus named Dezeo.My inspiration came from marvel's Satana Hellstrom,I read a few comics on her.Like a lot of succubuses she drains the energy of young men and later gets rid of them.Adult Erik and Bernard were almost her victims until Gerard banishes her for good.she prefers draining the energy of young, handsome,adult men than doing what succubuses are supposed to do since it's easier for her and she likes being dominant over them.she becomes angry quickly and will fight with magic,but when she's extremely angry she turns into a hideous monstrosity (which is her true form)if anyone sees her true form,they will die.i didn't upload a sketch because I accidentally deleted it
Finally something new and fresh, again it was my first time to draw an animal with fur, which seemed always so difficult thing for me and still is, but now I'm not afraid of it anymore.
