So I'm calling this part 2 of the cover concept since I need to do the background as well. But I'm still pondering that, I just wanted to put an update on here.

And this is my only contribution to mermay. It doesn't look very good, I know. But I'm glad to draw a mermaid for the first time on mermay, I dreamed about it when I could only draw squiggles. I drew it for half a month, and during this time, I even managed to come up with a deep (don't shoot) lore. According to my idea, Eddie needed some sunken cargo (and not only him). Amber offered her help in exchange for some relic of her people, which is stored in the Gotham Museum (even being a mermaid, she is an opportunist). Eddie told her to go to hell and tried to get the cargo with the help of his robots, which Amber successfully sabotaged underwater to pressure him into the deal. In this drawing, Eddie's ran out of luck and got himself roughened up and almost drowned (definitely not Batman this time). Amber saved his skin. No gratitude is expected yet, but this is the least of their problems. Jean advises Amber (they are not at odds in this AU) to leave the polluted waters near Gotham before something happens to her and her health, but she is stupidly stubborn when it comes to the Riddler (and her goals).

He noticed. “… Get up.” --------------------------- Long story short: Amber saved Ed from predators, and he decided to be extra with his flirting. I remembered Edward's words from “Zero Year” about naming months after gothamites heroes and an idea came to me… This scene will definitely be in a fanfic, for which I have an underdeveloped idea, and which I will definitely not write. %) In any case, this is roughly how I imagine ZY!Eddie flirting, in addition to all the other headcanons. My vision of him is too different from ​​how most of the fandom sees him . xD I’m trying to jump above my head again, not having the skill in background, clothes, drapery, and full body, especially since I almost never drew two interacting characters. These are some OCs that Ive been working on for a while. Long story short, Maria is Zoey's widowed mother, and Zoey has cancer. Maria is struggling to keep the two of them afloat financially , especially because their health insurance sucks. Hoping to create a story that tugs the heartstrings!

Happy New Year! I am thankful for the time I have, for the people in my life, and what God has done. After a life long struggle with alcoholism, I have been sober for 2 and half years now. God helped my to quit and to be set free from it. There is so much more to life and so much I want to do. I have also struggled with living in the past and regrets, but I have been making progress with being in the moment more and being content. I'm looking forward to today and what this upcoming year brings.

This one started off bad and ended good. It was quick sketch that I wasn't really happy with. I decided to keep going and experiment. I was able to let go and draw without thinking and caring as much. I usually struggle with overthinking and perfectionism, so this one felt like a win for me.

Initiates are given little more than a fusion engine (that may double as a shaped charge (or a death sentence depending on their luck)), a kinetic energy recycler (and shield for it to power), a small pile of scraps to build the rest of their sled, and a book of prayers for the scrapyard saints. Most will not graduate their initiation, ending their short stint as little more than ash on the breeze.

I recently remembered hearing stories and seeing games showing the Devil trapped in ice in some way. It seemed so cool I decided to try it out. I'll admit that this form of the Devil is not the coolest or most intimidating, but I think it works. Kind of like the Anti-Christ sort of look. What do you guys think?

There is a Chinese saying that when the flowers bloom, prosperity follows. The Lunar New Year is a spring time celebration. There are 15 days to the Lunar New Year celebration but typically the first 3 days are the most celebrated. In celebration of the festive season, this is a post for Day 2.
