Lets ouroboros together.

I so enjoyed the inktober and now I am going to do whatever whatever for awhile. I grabbed a sketchbook off my shelf. The paper is thin and rough - bad for ink, but so nice for pencil. Will try to switch the gears now and go with a different feeling. Let's ouroboros together. https://www.instagram.com/p/CVvp-ZkrX2I/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link

Sketch of Skittles, my Bearded Dragon

This is a sketch of my bearded dragon, Skittles, who I was sitting across from. I'm just starting out with Sketchbook Pro and trying to get the hang of it, but am rather new to it at this point.

Praying mantis on rose bud

Mantid on a rose bud was done on Strathmore Bristol with Derwent Graphitint (tinted graphite) pencils. I love these insects and they are all over the rose bushes this time of year. I tried to capture her natural grace and beauty as she stepped down from her rose bud perch while eyeing her prey.

The Soul Harvest

The Soul Harvest The Soul Harvest is done in a surrealistic style and is spiritual in content. This painting illustrates the world as being a field filled with souls from every corner of the earth needing to be saved from eternal death, which is the punishment for sin. But by hearing and understanding and receiving the good news, through faith in Jesus’s death for the sin of man, man can be forgiven and have eternal life with God. The farm tools leaning against the fence are an invitation to those who know Jesus to pick up their God-given talents and go into the world and use them to spread the good news. The inside of the barn, with the wheat sheaths standing up, illustrates the souls that have received eternal life through the work of the believer, and the crown is their reward from God. Sunset of the Congo River

Taken by me - Nguyen Dang Lan Huy. This is a photo I took while on vacation in the wonderful Congo River on August 7, 2020. In the photo you can see the sunset, only two colors pink and orange present in the sky and clouds in in the distance and the river imprinted with the faint island in the distance. This is a photo I took while sailing across the river. I am the copyright owner of this photo, I do not allow anyone to repost my photo without my consent. Skeleton Key : COVID19 Life is Longer and shorter

Ever since COVID19 time has moved at a different pace. It has made me introspective. My value and appreciation for life has given me a unique perspective. If it has taught me anything , life is not to waste and time is too precious to take for granted.
