This one was definitely fun to make! It was created during the chilly nights that November brought. I'd like to say I learned a lesson from this painting, actually. I learned that sometimes it's okay to doubt yourself. The background in this painting was originally pure black with out lettering. It sat in my room for days, but in the pit of my stomach I felt that it just wasn't right. Eventually, I surrendered to the daunting sensation and started incorporating other colors into the mixture. Slowly, but surely, life was brought to what was originally just a plain idea.

No forethought or sense, just space. It's good to be mindless sometimes but remember to be aware, and compassionate with those around you, especially those closer to you. You never know what other people are dealing with. Try to be kind.

Day 1 of Inktober! I went off the official prompt list for this one and the prompt today was Ring! I know it's digital and in color so I'm probably breaking all the rules. However I wanted to use this Inktober to practice my digital art as I would really like to get the hang of this display tablet! Probably won't have anything as "finished" for everyday this month but I kinda fell in love with this alien girl and wanted to do the whole shibang! Or well at least half the shibang.
Been out of the hospital for four months. Struggling to lessen the urge to self harm. Breathing meditating and purging of the negative with soft pure thoughts containing flowers surrounding every image of my heart.
I've recently made a card display for my cards and prints at an art space I'm exhibiting in for a while. Had to doodle the back, I couldn't not the doodle the back, which I think adds to the charm of my display being handmade and selling my merch... I used to doodle on caps back in 2010 and haven’t drawn on any for a few years, upon request I am creating some for an exhibition. I used white acrylic as a base before drawing using permanent ink pen.
