Taking this pic was challenging finding the right light for the moon and the stars pop up more imo and my frog was hard to color but I love how the lake came out with the shines from the moon and fireflies. I even took the time to paint some tall grass and reeds in the background ^^ hope you like!

Well...depends on how far we can bend that. Inspired by the hurricane that passed through this evening. The wind bent the largest trees to the ground. I'm happy to still have my roof.
This is an older piece representing an idea that I keep coming back to. This is my second attempt. I'm still not happy with it and will probably try again.

Hand drawn line work then digitally colored. Part of a weekly prompt challenge from my local art shop. The character is loosley based on a well know japanese octopus character.
I drew this at a zoom climate event on a postcard. It will be sent to a state politician. I drew it with colored pencils (I got inspired by @DoisPontoseMeio's art.) I think the face is good, that's the reason I uploaded it but the rest isn't that great (I'm still learning how to draw things other than faces.)
The woods in my backyard. This has been a shit year so far, don't cha think? I get a few minutes relief by looking into the dark spaces between sunlit trees. Trying to see the forms. I'm hoping to get better at just that this summer.

Aboriginal Art is a new technique I learned in school and thos dots with ear buds tooooookkk aaaagggeess to create. It was one of the most refreshing, calming and therapeutic painting I had ever done.
